2. Orders for Kraft Paper Bags & Packaging

All orders for paper bags and packaging products are subject to stock availability.

Custom printed paper bag orders cannot be cancelled once artwork approval is given.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are in AUD.

Shipping for paper bags and bulk packaging orders is calculated at checkout or quoted.

4. Payments

Orders for wholesale paper bags, custom printed bags, and packaging supplies are processed after payment confirmation unless you hold an approved business credit account.

5. Australia-Wide Shipping

We deliver kraft paper bags and packaging supplies across Australia using third-party courier services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Oz Paper Bag is not liable for courier delays.

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

6. Returns & Damaged Goods

Final design approval before printing

Colour variation may occur due to kraft material and printing process.

8. Suitability for Use (Food & Carry Weight)

Customers must ensure the selected paper bag or packaging product is suitable for intended food use and weight capacity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oz Paper Bag is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of kraft paper bags, takeaway paper bags, or packaging products supplied.
