Step 3: Add to Cart
Choose your quantity and specifications, then click “Add to Cart.”
Step 4: Review & Checkout
Go to your cart, review your order, and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Step 5: Payment & Confirmation
Enter your shipping and payment details. Once completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Order Changes
Orders can be changed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Changes may include updating the product type, quantity, or delivery address.

Our team will confirm if the change is possible and update your order.
Important Notes
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
For custom-printed or special-order products, changes may not be possible once production has started.

How Can I Return a Product?
At Oz Paper Bag, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, our return process is simple and hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed or personalised products.
Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
How to Return

Approval: Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Ship Back: Send the product back to our warehouse in its original condition.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
